Typically 6-8 months, with the exact pace depending on your practice consistency and class frequency — most students take two classes a week. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, in a personal 1-on-1 or family group format.

Through a video submission: you answer theory questions and perform a piece, and on passing you receive your Spardha certification. There is no exam-hall pressure — the assessment mirrors what you have actually been learning and performing in class.
